The University's Administrative and Economic Department ensures the smooth operation of the university's material and technical base, being responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, cleaning, landscaping, safety and maintenance of buildings, premises and adjacent territories.

The Department plays a key role in maintaining a comfortable, safe and functional educational environment, providing resources and conditions for the effective operation of educational, administrative and scientific processes.

Improving the efficiency of managing the material and technical resources of the university and ensuring uninterrupted business activities, taking into account the standards of quality, sustainability and safety.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

1. Provision and maintenance of university infrastructure

  • Operation of buildings, structures, engineering networks, classroom and laboratory facilities;
  • Control over the sanitary condition of premises and territories, provision of cleaning, lighting, heating, water supply and ventilation.

2. Organization of repair and restoration work

  • Planning and carrying out current and major repairs;
  • Quality control of repair work, interaction with contractors.

3. Provision of educational process with resources and equipment

  • Timely supply of departments, laboratories, and administrative departments with furniture, appliances, supplies, and household supplies;
  • Maintenance of multimedia and engineering equipment in classrooms.

4. Rational use of resources

  • Implementation of principles of energy saving, water and heat supply, waste disposal;
  • Cost monitoring and cost optimization for utilities and household needs.

5. Safety and fire protection system control

  • Maintenance of technical serviceability of fire protection and alarm systems;
  • Participation in the provision of evacuation measures and labor protection.

6. Documentation and accounting of property

  • Maintenance of technical, operational and warehouse documentation;
  • Accounting and write-off of equipment, control over the safety of material assets.

7. Interaction with external services and contractors

  • Organization of tenders, conclusion of contracts for maintenance and repair services;
  • Monitoring the timing and quality of work performed by third-party organizations.

8. Landscaping and landscaping of the territory

  • Maintenance of the territory, flower beds, recreation areas for students and staff;
  • Seasonal snow removal, leaf removal, watering and landscaping.
